Breaking news from Stoneybrook: The BSC has found two new members!

Alicia Silverstone (Clueless) and Mark Feuerstein (Royal Pains) have been cast in The Baby-Sitters Club reboot!

Silverstone will play Elizabeth Thomas-Brewer, the mother of the original member of the BSC Kristy Thomas, and Feuerstein will play her love interest Watson Brewer.

The 10-episode dramedy is a contemporary reboot of Ann M. Martin’s classic book series. The half-hour show will follow the friendship and adventures of the five best friends we know and love — Kristy Thomas, Mary Anne Spier, Claudia Kishi, Stacey McGill and Dawn Schafer — in their hometown of Stoneybrook, Connecticut. The series is geared for kids, teens, and adults.
