Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. The Journey Vacation Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on July 8, 2008, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") and ends on July 22, 2008 at 1:59 p.m. PDT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select one (1) winner of a Grand Prize from among all eligible entries received, as set forth more fully below. Entrants need not be present to win. Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Salem Communications Corporation ("Radio Station"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of July 3, 2008. Radio Station, Walden Media, LLC, Apple Vacations Inc., New Line Cinema Corporation, and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Neither Walden Media, LLC, New Line Cinema Corporation nor Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. are responsible for the selection of winners or fulfillment of any prizing in connection with this Sweepstakes.

3. To enter the Sweepstakes using your wireless phone, send a text message to the short code "80672" (the Short Code") with the word "3D" to receive the secret entry code (the "Entry Code") and URL for the "Website" (as defined below). At the Website, follow the prompts to enter the Entry Code and complete the entry form with the information requested. Click "Submit Entry" to submit your entry form for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

The text messaging method of securing the Entry Code is designed to work with most of the major wireless carriers in the United States, but Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate, and the mobile phone that is used must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Entrants should check their phone's features to see if they have that capability. Wireless service providers may charge entrants for each text message, including any error message, that is sent and received in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider's pricing plan for details.

NOTE: By requesting the Entry Code via text message, entrants may be giving their express authorization to receive future mobile service commercial messages from the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants will be provided with an opportunity to opt out in all subsequent commercial messages.

To enter the Sweepstakes without using a wireless phone, visit www.walden.com/journey (the "Website") and follow the prompts to view the "Journey to the Center of the Earth" trailer. At the end of the trailer, the Entry Code will be displayed. Then, follow the prompts to enter the Entry Code and complete the entry form with the information requested. Click "Submit Entry" to submit your entry form for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Regardless of how the Entry Code is obtained, entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Radio Station, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Radio Station's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

4. At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Radio Station or its designee, using randomization methods selected by Radio Station in its sole discretion. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail or regular mail within two (2) weeks from the date of selection. The potential Grand Prize winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, where lawful, publicity release. If Radio Station does not receive the affidavit and release within two (2) weeks of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his/her/its name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Radio Station without additional compensation. The Grand Prize will be awarded within approximately two (2) weeks after all required proof and documentation is received. The Grand Prize winner has until December 15, 2008 to redeem the prize or the prize will be void. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Radio Station is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or mishandled entries. The actual odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. There is one (1) Grand Prize, consisting of: 1) one (1) five (5)-night trip to Iberostar Paraiso Maya in Riviera Maya, Mexico for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older (the "Adult Travel Companion") and up to two (2) children travel companions (ages two to twelve (2-12) years and provided that the Grand Prize winner and/or the Adult Travel Companion are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of such children), which includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) between the Apple Vacations charter gateway airport (Baltimore, Buffalo, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Newark, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Rockford or St. Louis) that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner's residence, (ii) five (5) nights' hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) (one room, double occupancy), (iii) ground transportation between the airport and hotel, (iv) access to non-motorized water sports, (v) all meals taken at the hotel during the trip, and (vi) the assistance of an onsite Apple Vacations representative. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3,800.00 (USD). Taxes and additional expenses including but not limited to optional excursions, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, gratuity or other expenses, spa treatments, phone calls, souvenirs, and transportation to nearest charger gateway are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent will be given for the Grand Prize, provided however, Radio Station may, at Radio Station's sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Air travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Grand Prize winner and guests will be required to travel together on the same itinerary and be responsible for obtaining all required travel documents including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable, and comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Grand Prize winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that none of the Sweepstakes Entities have obtained or will provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. All aspects of the travel portions of the Grand Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Apple Vacations, Inc. in its sole discretion, and must be redeemed and completed by December 15, 2008. The Grand Prize is further subject to the following blackout dates: August 27, 2008 through September 6, 2008 and November 1, 2008 through December 2, 2008. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to possible flight variation(s), work stoppage(s), and schedule or route change(s).

The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuation(s). Apple Vacations, Inc. reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round trip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the departure gateway airport. No interest will be awarded on cash prizes. Room taxes and other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner/guest. A deposit or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the Grand Prize winner, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the Grand Prize described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Prize Claim Documents and/or travel documents. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companions engage in behavior that, as determined by Apple Vacations, Inc. in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Apple Vacations, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companions home with no further compensation. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged.

6. All portions of the Grand Prize are non-assignable and non-transferable. Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prize(s) may vary from the prize(s) pictured. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Apple Vacations, Inc. in its sole discretion. The/ prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.

7. Sweepstakes Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE PROMOTION ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT

8. Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities: (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any damage to an entrant's, or any other person's, computer system or wireless phone which is occasioned by accessing the Website or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Radio Station reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Radio Station reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Radio Station reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Radio Station's control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Radio Station is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Radio Station's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Radio Station shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Radio Station will (if possible) select the potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the potential winners, or remaining potential winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any baggage or any unauthorized intervention whether or not caused by any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity(ies), Radio Station or for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any performer(s)/event(s), air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Grand Prize winner's and his/her Guest(s) transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Grand Prize winner, his/her Guest(s) and such transportation companies. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be parties to such contracts and shall assume no responsibility in this connection. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of cash, cameras, jewelry, securities, heirlooms, negotiable papers or other valuables. If the Grand Prize winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Grand Prize travel package due to illness, Apple Vacations, Inc. shall have the option of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Grand Prize award; or (2) at Apple Vacations, Inc.'s sole discretion extending the period during which the Grand Prize may be awarded for a period equal to the duration of the Grand Prize winner's disability or illness, in which case certain prize components may not be available. The Grand Prize winner must prove such disability by a doctor's certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Apple Vacations, Inc. and Grand Prize Winner at Apple Vacations, Inc.'s expense. Apple Vacations, Inc.'s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision; you further agree that in any cause of action, Sweepstakes Entities' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorneys' fees and/or experts' fees and costs. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Radio Station. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

9. By participating in theSweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Rules and the decisions of President of Radio Station ("Sweepstakes Judge"). All decisions regarding the Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the Sweepstakes Judge, whose decisions shall be final. The Sweepstakes Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in thisSweepstakes, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Sweepstakes Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a threatening or otherwise inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent's affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and may be required to complete a W-9 taxpayer identification form. All federal, state, and local laws apply. By participating inthis Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmlessall of the Sweepstakes Entities, their repsective parent companies and their respective parents' affiliated companies from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.

10. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
