The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

The NOAA National Marine Sanctuary Program seeks to increase the public awareness of America’s marine resources and maritime heritage by conducting scientific research, monitoring, exploration and educational programs. Today, the sanctuary program manages 13 national marine sanctuaries and one marine national monument that together encompass more than 150,000 square miles of America’s ocean and Great Lakes natural and cultural resources.

StopGlobalWarming.org is the home of the Stop Global Warming Virtual March, a non-political effort to bring people together to declare that global warming is here now and that it is time to demand real solutions.

Global warming is a scientific reality and the most urgent issue of our time. This is a moral issue, as global warming affects not only the environment, but also our public health, national security, and even our survival as a species.
